Your self-imposed glass ceiling

How to break it.

When you're the only person in your business, your own experience becomes your only reference point. And that reference point quietly becomes your ceiling.

In our very first Revenue Accelerator session, we were sharing a story about a former coaching client and how she packaged and positioned her services. We referenced her two retainer options: a $3,500 offer for smaller clients and nonprofits, and a $10,000+ retainer targeted at mid-market and larger companies that allowed her to build real sustainability in her business.

One cohort member in that session was in the exact same field and had never even considered that $3,500 could be a starting point. To them, that number felt like the ceiling.

Hearing that story completely shifted what they believed was possible for their business, how they articulated their value, and what they could charge.

And that happened in session one.

The people who join Revenue Accelerator are the ones who are ready to get outside their own heads and into a room that expands what they believe is possible. With the right support, they go on to build bigger, more easeful, more impactful businesses that truly support their lives. Many reach $10K, $15K, $20K, even $50K per month because they finally have a reference point that matches where they actually want to go.

The Revenue Accelerator is a 13-week program where you meet weekly with Andrea and me alongside a cohort of your peers for one hour each week. Together we build the foundation your business needs to grow: tightening your offer, making sure you're charging what you're worth, building trust and credibility in the places people find you, and teaching you how to market and sell yourself so you can scale without the feast and famine cycle that kills so many small businesses.

Our first cohort sold out, and enrollment for our follow-up July 29 cohort is officially open.

If you've been underselling yourself or you're ready to completely rethink what your business can do for you, now is your chance.

Cheers,

Samantha
