There are generally two types of clients (and people) out there 👥 =

Type 1: Thinks everything should be FAST. Immediate. Easy. They expect you to just tick off a to-do list.

"That blog post should only take 20 minutes with AI, right?"

"You have a template for that brief, so 30 minutes max?"

"Reporting is just 45 minutes since you have the framework, right?"

These people value speed over strategy. They think your expertise should make everything "easy and fast" and constantly downplay the skillset you're bringing to the table.

Type 2: Values thoughtfulness, strategy, and taking your time to do things RIGHT. They appreciate the expertise you bring to the table and understand that quality work takes time.

Here's what I tell my coaching clients: Working with Type 1 is a losing battle from day one. They've already decided how long things "should" take and how "easy" they are.

Working with Type 2? Game changer. Your life becomes so much more fulfilling when people actually VALUE the work you deliver and the thoughtfulness you put in.

The bottom line: Stop fighting for respect. Start working with people who already give it to you.
