Unlock Clarity: planning 2026 the right way

I started the reflection and planning process with one of my current coaching clients last week.

We began with the 7 questions I always use:

• What did you love about 2025?

• What made you feel good in 2025?

• What did you struggle with in 2025?

• Which decisions had positive impacts?

• Which decisions steered me off course?

• What do I want to take with me from this year?

• What am I ready to let go of?

As she worked through her reflections, I got goosebumps.

Not only because I was witnessing how far she's come in the past year. But because I watched so many things click into place in real time.

Some answers came quickly. Others took longer as she sat with her reflections.

By the time we reached question four, she was connecting dots she hadn't seen before. Patterns emerged. The decisions that moved her forward became obvious. So did the ones that pulled her off track.

And by the end, her focus for 2026 became crystal clear.

Not because I told her what it should be. But because the questions created the space for her to see it herself.

That's the power of intentional reflection. It opens up your mind, lets you shed your ego, and shows you exactly where you need to go next.
