'Tis the szn. If you've followed me for a while, you know end of year = reflection and planning time for me.

A few years ago, I wanted a goal-setting and accountability framework built for the life I was creating, but I couldn't find anything that fit, so I made one. I've been using it ever since, and honestly? It's changed everything. It’s kept me more motivated, grounded, and excited. 

I've been sharing the template and my reflections transparently with my crew each year and guiding my coaching clients through it, and the feedback has been incredible.
