I'm good at what I do. Storytelling, building trust, and helping people succeed are my strengths.

A couple of weeks ago, I was working on an event that I’ve wanted to host for years now: a deep-dive into my goal-setting and reflection process that teaches people how to leverage the framework for growth. (It went down yesterday btw! Reply here if you want the recording.) 

It finally felt like the right time to launch it. 

I was in my own bubble — brainstorming, structuring, crafting the narrative. My V1? It was okay. Solid. Would've been mildly successful.

Then I brought it to my coach.

The thought sparring that followed? The back-and-forth? The breakthrough innovations that emerged from having another brilliant mind working through the problem with me?

It completely transformed the outcome.

This is a powerful reminder of something I already know: there's a huge difference between going it alone and having the right person in your corner. Between good and great. Between okay and extraordinary.
