The power of the right support

+ hot jobs

For the past month, I've been deep in reflection and charting my path for the upcoming year. If you missed it, we even hosted a goal-setting workshop last week to help others do the same.

Looking back at 2025, here’s what I'm most proud of:

  • Last year, I helped 35 coaching clients collectively make hundreds of thousands of dollars more and build truly sustainable businesses

  • I met incredible, ambitious women (and men) in adjacent industries and took inspiration from them

  • I hired a coach and thought partner and brought on the right support (subcontracting, EA, Harlow team members) to allow my business to thrive

  • I created a more in-depth business and income tracker and brought on the right tool to understand my finances and levers in depth

What I'm bringing into 2026:

Expansion and growth. More revenue, more programs, more impact delivered.

What I want 2026 to look like:

I want the next year of my life to feel strategic, easeful, calm, and controlled. I want my business to flow with ease and abundance. I want my personal life to feel purposeful. I want my relationship with myself to strengthen and my understanding and acceptance of self to flourish.

And guess what? To get there, I'm not doing it alone.

If you have big aspirations this year (personally or professionally), you don't get an award for doing it alone. You don't get an award for taking the hard route. You don't get an award for not investing in yourself and your dreams.

If this is your year (and for many of you, I think it is), you need to join the Goal Accelerator.

What You Get:

A coach, thinking partner, and accountability buddy when you need it most.

  • 2-3 personalized 1:1 coaching sessions per month designed around your specific challenges

  • Monthly accountability group sessions where momentum builds and you realize you're not alone

  • Quarterly check-ins to assess what's working, what's not, and how to adjust

  • Mid-year recalibration to ensure the second half of your year is even stronger

  • Async support for questions and guidance between sessions

The Details:

Investment: $1,250/month
Duration: 6 months (February–July 2026)
Spots Available: 10
Kick-off: February 2, 2026
Registration Deadline: January 23 (tomorrow!) or when spots are full

This is a true partnership. Not a rigid program structure, but real support that adapts to what you actually need.

And the results of my coaching and support speak for themselves. A few examples from last year:

  • One client went from unpredictable $4-5k months to consistent $15k months in just 5 weeks

  • Another built the path to hit a $300k annual stretch goal after starting at $9-10k months

  • A coach more than doubled her business income from $4k to $10k monthly

  • Another grew her almost million dollar business by 10% and increased profit margins in just 4 months

This is your year for results.
