I know this is a slow season for most, but I love this time of year. It’s an opportunity to reflect, build, and plan. When life slows down, we have more space to be thoughtful in our approach.

One of my 2025 goals? Make more money from my consulting business. So I’m taking some time this week to send some targeted outreach, apply for a few new gigs, and reconnect with my network — all to line up new work come 2025.
