Scaling without burnout.

This weeks hottest jobs ($100 plus hr gigs)

I've been on an intentional business growth sprint for the past 6 months. I decided at the end of last year it was time to step on the gas, but strategically.

Since then, I've been building in phases:

Example:

  1. Launch a new coaching program in one month

  2. Bring on a new consulting client in the next month

Recalibrating capacity after each step.

Along the way, instead of stopping when my calendar fills up, I started asking, "What support can I bring on to grow even more?"

This year I've added:

  • A coach to hold me accountable & act as a thought-sparring partner

  • Subcontractors to support my consulting business

  • An agency to support sponsorship sales & outreach

  • An EA to take the small tasks off my plate

The pattern: Grow → Hit capacity → Assess needs → Bring on help → Repeat.

This approach has been the key to staying on track with my goals while building something sustainable that doesn't burn me out.

If you're hitting capacity in your business, my Growth Accelerator program walks you through this exact framework – how to identify where you need support, what kind of help to bring on, and how to scale without burning out.

And now this week’s hot jobs!
