What needs to change this fall?
New clients? Better boundaries? Calendar blocking help?
Summer is fading and fall is floating in.
For many of us, that means adjustments to our patterns or schedule. Parents are blocking off time for school drop-offs and pickups, all of us are adjusting to the changing daylight hours, some of us may be moving into cozy mode, others are hunkering down after a busy summer.
Shifting seasons offer us all the opportunity to shift our patterns and mindsets. Maybe it’s an opportunity to do a boundary check-in, or reflect and ask yourself which areas of life need a revamp.
I’ve spent some time recently envisioning what I want this next season to look and feel like. This fall, I’ll be phasing out a busy travel schedule, hunkering down and settling into a new home, and taking on some big exciting Harlow and consulting projects. What does that mean for my schedule? Less jam-packed get shit done short weeks and more breathing room for creativity and strategic thinking.
Take a moment to think about what you need from your business and your schedule this fall. What vision do you hope to manifest?
Hunkering down with more clients?
Flexibility to prioritize family and friends?
Prepping for time off?
More rest?
Better schedule management and organization?
It doesn’t have to be anything major, any slight adjustment is still a shift.
Dig deep into what’s important to you right now, and then dive into the resource that best fits your needs below.
