My biggest launch yet

In January, I had my biggest launch yet.

One workshop + a 6-month coaching cohort = $50k+ in revenue.

And I did it while working no more than 9-4. 

While starting most days with a workout class. 

While taking multiple trips throughout the month. 

While prioritizing rest, connection, and the things that actually matter outside of work.

Was it easy? No.

Was I focused? Absolutely.

Did I sacrifice my boundaries to get there? No.

It would have been so easy to work late. To push harder. To try to do more. To convince myself that a big launch required big sacrifices.

But that's not how I build anymore.

Real focus to me means knowing what actually moves the needle and protecting your energy for those things. It means working smarter, not harder. It means holding your boundaries so the rest of your life doesn't fall away while you build.

Because sustainable growth isn't about how hard you can push. It's about building a business that generates real revenue without requiring you to sacrifice everything else.

That's how I'm building. And now, everyone in my coaching cohort will be too.
