Keep what works. Fix what doesn't.

Goal setting isn't about starting from scratch, changing everything, or becoming a new person.

It's about three things:

1. Continuing what's working

2. Recalibrating what's not

3. Inviting in what's new

I just finished my own 2025 reflections, and here's where I landed:

Continuing: Expansion and growth, better understanding of my business levers, and joy in travel and experiences.

Recalibrating: Being too booked (work and socially), starting my mornings checking work messages, and the urge to overdeliver.

Inviting in: More presence, stronger boundaries, and scalable systems that don't require me to be constantly available.

This reflection process gave me so much clarity on what to do differently in 2026. And this is exactly what I help my coaching clients and community do.
