Intentionality in business

I’m prepping for a week of travel right now and honestly? I'm feeling so grateful for how I've intentionally built my business.

Multiple revenue streams, multiple businesses — and I can step away without everything grinding to a halt. I’ve made three to-do lists to prep for my vacation, so I’ll feel peace while I’m away and clarity when I return.

Before I leave: 

• Batch create content, newsletters, and nurture emails

• Give consulting and coaching clients plenty of notice and stack meetings

• Set expectations with sponsors, clients, and team around communication

• Prep consulting project to-dos and align on deliverables

While I'm gone: 

• My EA handles social posting + building emails 

• Head of sponsorships keeps partner relationships flowing 

• Consulting subcontractor moves projects forward 

• I check in 30-60 min/day for feedback and questions

When I return: 

• Jump back into strategic mode, fully recharged

This is what I mean when I say “build a business that supports your life, not the other way around.”
