I said "no" more in 2025

and here's what happened

I became the queen of saying no in 2025 ⬇️

Last week I kicked off my annual review process by measuring myself against last year's goals.

One of those goals was to protect my time and energy better. To say no more often. To put my wellness and priorities first, even when it felt uncomfortable.

And I actually did it. I said no to events that didn't feel right. I cancelled when my energy wasn't there. I pushed out non-priority meetings without guilt.

And the result?

I showed up more fully for the people and projects that actually needed my energy.

Protecting your boundaries doesn't mean you accomplish less. It means you accomplish what actually matters — and give yourself space to flourish while doing so.

This is the kind of intentionality we'll build into your 2026 goals at my free Goal Setting Workshop on January 15 at 10am PT.

Not just the business targets, but the personal boundaries and priorities that make success sustainable.

I'll walk you through my exact framework and methodology and give you dedicated time to create goals that work for your whole life, not just your business.

Let’s make 2026 our most abundant year yet.
