Lately I’ve been leaning into smaller to-do lists. Whittling down my daily tasks gives me more time for rest and more space for creativity. It’s a sort of ruthless prioritization system, where I get real with myself every day about what matters most and then set my sights on that. No fluff. Just the big stuff.

You might think that means I’m doing less and therefore producing less.

But I’ve found the opposite to be true. When I take the time to slow down and narrow my focus, I tend to experience more major wins and aha moments.

Sometimes slowing down actually ups your impact.
