Get clear, get strategic.

+ this week’s hot jobs & an event invite!

Something really beautiful is happening.

The Freelance Kickstarter Course has been live for almost a month, and every single day, 1 to 3 people are going through it. That alone is incredible to watch.

But what's really getting me? The messages being sent to us.

Freelancers reaching out on day 2, day 3, telling us this is already shifting how they see their business.

People who have been sitting on their idea for months, finally moving.

And then the ones who message us a week, two weeks later, saying they landed their first paying client. That they sent their first invoice.

We built this course because we believe so deeply in these frameworks and playbooks.

But hearing it reflected back from the people actually going through it? Goosebumps.

If you've been waiting for a sign to launch your freelance business, or you've already started and something just isn't clicking yet, this is your moment.

The Freelance Kickstarter Course will help you get clear, get strategic, and build something you're proud of. And something that fills your bank account.

And now, an upcoming event you don’t want to miss, and this week’s list of hot jobs!

Harlow + Inverse Wealth

Before I wrote this, I asked Sumeet what the single most useful question a solopreneur can ask themselves about their financial life is. His answer surprised me a little. It wasn't about investments, or taxes, or retirement accounts.

It was this:

"If I stopped working tomorrow, how many months would it take before my personal financial life would start to feel the pressure?"

Not retirement. Not "can I afford a house." Just: how much runway does my personal life actually have, independent of my business.

For a lot of successful solopreneurs, the honest answer is shorter than they'd like — because the business has been the safety net for so long that personal liquidity, emergency reserves, and non-business assets have quietly taken a back seat to reinvestment and growth.

The business feels stable, so personal resilience gets deprioritized. Until something changes, and it matters.

This is one of the quieter tensions we'll be unpacking tomorrow in Business Thriving, Personally Stuck, the event I'm co-hosting with Sumeet at InverseWealth.

If that ^ gave you a slight twinge, the event is for you.

Tomorrow · Friday, May 1 · 10am PT.
