I curated a nearly perfect work day last week:

  • Slow morning to ease into the day

  • 1 client meeting to recalibrate and align

  • 1 coaching kick-off with a new client

  • 1 biz dev call with a potential new partner

  • 1 sponsor call to push forward our biggest collaboration to date

  • Less than 3 hours of meetings total

  • Lots of open working space on my calendar

  • Lots of time between commitments

  • A workout

  • A personal appointment

  • 3 healthy at-home meals

It felt like chef's kiss.

And honestly, that's what I'm working on this year: more days that feel like ease.

My 2026 words: abundance & ease.

And I'm already leaning into it.

How?

Because I took the time at the beginning of the year to make intentional shifts based on what's working for me and what's not.

Because joy and happiness comes from more than hitting revenue numbers or meal prepping well. It comes from the big picture being curated and intentional.
