What a rollercoaster 2024 has been (for me, anyway!). You know those years that reshape your perspective and teach you valuable lessons? The years spent building and prepping you for future outcomes? This was one of them.

I spent a lot of time these past two weeks reflecting on 2024 — looking back on the highs (like hitting major wellness milestones) and the lows (like missing my revenue goal) and everything in between. And I’ve documented it all for me, and for you.
