$10k/month still felt unstable. We fixed that.
+ a free event invite & this week’s hot jobs!
Had one of those coaching sessions recently where I literally got giddy reviewing the transcript afterward.
My client hit her $10k/month goal (the exact number she said she needed to go full-time in her own business), but she still held a lot of fear around stability, and whether she should really go all in.
Here's what we tackled in our session:
Celebrating the win (because we skip this part way too often)
Adding stability to her existing contracts so she can feel more confident in her earnings long term
Converting 10 interested people into paying clients using sliding-scale pricing so she can say yes to more opportunities but still protect her capacity
Repositioning certain offers to be more enticing for prospects on the fence
We shifted from leading with fear to identifying solutions — where we could build stability and confidence.
We went from achieving our first goal ($10k/mo) to setting our sights on the next one ($12k).
This is what we do in the Growth Accelerator. Strategy that actually moves the needle. Mindset work that unsticks you. Actionable steps you can take this week to push your business forward.

Another way to help yourself lead with confidence? Getting the right financial and legal structure in place. Treating your business like the real business it is helps shift your mindset. AND it can save you money.
That’s why I’m partnering with two of my favorites, Lisa Dini from Lettuce and Jenni Gritters, to bring you an event about our experience shifting to S Corps — the mental clarity, the money saved, and how it allowed us to reinvest in ourselves and our business.
FREE EVENT
Between the three of us, we saved $60k+ this year by being taxed as an S-corp.
On December 17th at 10am PT / 1pm ET, I'm sitting down with Lisa Dini from Lettuce and Jenni Gritters to get completely transparent about our S-Corp journeys and share real numbers.
We'll cover:
How much each of us actually saved
The emotional barriers that keep so many self-employed women from making these decisions
What you could do with that extra money (one less client you need to land, the investment you've been wanting to make, or finally treating yourself)
Live Q&A with all of us
This isn't just about taxes. It's about financial empowerment, thinking like a CEO, and reinvesting in yourself and your business.
A recording will be sent to all registrants. So sign up even if you can’t make it live!
